Ex:// Laughter can be a balm to the soul.

True to our name, it is our hope that each installment of this blog provides something that makes you feel better. Even if it is just a smile. :)

We see BALM as part of a journey of progression that you can start at any time. Just keep a journal and chart your progress. We will do the same.

Each month we will share a powerful technique for advancement, with a reminder or two to  “do the work”, journal and take action. We will also host a few events to get you feeling tuned up, clear-headed and energized.

POST 01: STILL TIME TO MANIFEST

According to numerology, 2019 is a Universal Year 3 and powerful for manifestation -  if you put in the work. This means allowing creativity to take hold, focusing on your highest good, being open to new possibilities and taking action. If you have a dream of something new that you want to create in your life, start right now. What are 3 things you can do today to jumpstart your vision and have some fun while you are doing it?

You have 4 weeks left in 2019, so get things rolling!

If you don’t have a favorite project and are not sure where to start, try this life assessment tool.  In his influential book, Code of Extraordinary Mind, author Vishen Lakhiani describes Twelve Areas of Balance, each of which shapes us in important ways and can make life extraordinary

Give it a try. How do you rate yourself in each of these categories on a 1-10 scale? What number comes to mind in the first few seconds? A 10 means you are firing on all cylinders, while any score of 5 or below is a place to be in action. What steps can you take to make improvements?
